Aala Technology Ltd. is seeking an experienced ELV Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and brings a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. The role focuses on design, estimation, and pre-sales activities related to Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, and Networking. Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and technical proposal creation is crucial for success in this role. The engineer is expected to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to deliver accurate and competitive proposals. While managing a team is not required, the engineer will collaborate closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive project success and maintain quality standards. This role demands strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office applications, and 3D modeling software. The engineer must coordinate effectively under tight deadlines, managing multiple tenders and proposals simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to foster productive partnerships with suppliers and clients. Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed engineering plans for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, and Networking based on project specifications.

• Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and accurate cost estimations to support budgeting and tender processes.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure design compliance and feasibility.

• Develop technical proposals and assist pre-sales teams with clear, persuasive documentation tailored to client requirements.

• Utilize AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools to create and revise detailed layouts and design schematics.

• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive material costs and delivery schedules.

• Manage multiple tender submissions and proposals efficiently within strict deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ELV industry standards, technologies, and best practices to enhance design solutions.

• Collaborate with internal departments including engineering, procurement, and project management to support seamless project execution.

• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate project risks, costs, and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for technical designs, estimations, and project correspondence.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ELV design processes and estimation accuracy.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.
