Aausis is seeking a dedicated Sales Person for Polymer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in polymer resin sales and possess strong knowledge of polymer and resin products. This role involves managing a small team of two individuals, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will effectively communicate product benefits, negotiate contracts, and deliver excellent customer service to expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for polymer and resin products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Lead and mentor a team of two sales members, providing training, support, and guidance to enhance their performance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of polymer and resin product features, market trends, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, communicating progress and challenges to company management.

Negotiate contract terms and prices with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product innovations and promotional campaigns.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote company products and expand the network of potential clients.
