Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA/MS (HR) preferred
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end HR operations, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and culture.
- Manage workforce planning to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring optimal talent acquisition that meets organizational demands.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including the creation of job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires effectively.
- Design and maintain employee onboarding programs to enhance new hire integration and retention.
- Lead performance management initiatives by developing and administering systems that evaluate employee performance, set clear objectives, and support continuous improvement.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, managing conflicts, and promoting open communication channels within the organization.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including conducting engagement surveys and implementing action plans to boost workplace morale.
- Coordinate payroll processes in partnership with finance departments to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Implement and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment, performance tracking, and HR analytics.
- Analyze HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations to minimize legal risks.
- Collaborate with leadership, including the CEO, to foster a strong people-oriented culture that supports organizational growth.
- Manage reporting and analytics related to HR functions to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements.
- Support organizational development through initiatives such as training, learning and development programs, and succession planning strategies.
- Conduct compensation analysis to maintain competitive and equitable salary structures within the industry.
