Advance Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrician with a strong background in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical testing. The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of experience and has expertise in both residential and commercial electrical wiring, as well as solar technology. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately measure voltage and use diagnostic tools such as multimeters. The Electrician will perform various electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and compliance with local electrical codes. The Electrician works independently to deliver high-quality electrical services and support Advance Solutions' commitment to excellence. Candidates must have solid knowledge of electrical systems and demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve electrical problems effectively. This position does not involve managing a team but requires a high level of responsibility and technical proficiency to meet the company's standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic testing using tools such as multimeters to identify electrical faults.
• Conduct voltage measurements and ensure all systems operate within safety guidelines and electrical codes.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to reduce risks and ensure reliability.
• Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
• Collaborate with other professionals to integrate electrical systems with solar technology and alternative energy solutions.
• Document all electrical work performed and report any issues or non-compliance to supervisors.
• Ensure all installations and repairs conform to local, state, and federal electrical safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and changes in electrical codes and standards.
