Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can transform ideas, concepts, and requirements into professional and attractive visual designs. The candidate should have strong creative thinking, advanced graphic designing skills, and the ability to develop designs from an idea or brief.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital and print designs, social media graphics, promotional materials, company documents, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other visual content. The candidate must have good knowledge of InPage for Urdu and Arabic designing and should be able to work with different design styles and formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs from basic ideas, concepts, or client requirements.
• Create professional graphics for social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, certificates, and other print materials.
• Prepare Urdu and Arabic designs using InPage.
• Use advanced graphic designing techniques to produce high-quality and professional artwork.
• Modify and improve existing designs according to requirements.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, branding, and visual identity.
• Prepare designs for both digital publishing and high-quality printing.
• Work with management and other departments to understand design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Keep updated with modern graphic design trends, tools, and techniques.

Recruiting Criteria

The ideal candidate should:

• Have strong creative thinking and visualization skills.
• Be able to convert an idea or concept into an attractive and professional design.
• Have advanced knowledge of graphic designing.
• Have practical experience with professional design software.
• Have strong knowledge of InPage, particularly for Urdu and Arabic designing.
• Have a good understanding of typography, composition, color combinations, and layout.
• Be able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Have a strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
• Be creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Education Requirements

• Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS or equivalent).
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree holders will be strongly preferred.

Technical Requirements

Candidates should have good working knowledge of:

• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• InPage (Urdu & Arabic)
• Basic knowledge of print and digital design standards
• Social media and marketing design
• Image editing and photo manipulation
• Professional typography and layout design

Experience

• Previous professional experience in graphic designing will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent advanced designing skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A candidate who is highly creative, technically strong, and capable of taking an idea from concept to final professional design will be given priority.
