Electrical Supervisor

Description

Aeyliya Builders is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee various electrical projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will supervise building electrical works and external electrification across the site.

The Electrical Supervisor may manage a team of 10 personnel, coordinating all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and testing within building electrical works, external electrification, distribution systems, and infrastructure-related tasks. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and a dedicated focus on safety compliance to guarantee successful and timely project completion. The successful candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering combined with hands-on experience managing electrical teams and projects. They will be responsible for supervising day-to-day electrical operations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, and maintaining coordination with vendors and stakeholders. This position demands effective leadership, excellent planning capabilities, and the ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 10 electrical technicians and workers to complete electrical installations and maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects to ensure on-time delivery while adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Interpret and analyze electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to guide installation and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and schedule deliveries for uninterrupted project progress.
• Implement and enforce safety compliance protocols to maintain a safe working environment and minimize occupational hazards.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues or malfunctions promptly, providing effective solutions to avoid project delays.
• Monitor and control quality assurance processes to ensure all electrical work meets company and industry standards.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and prolong system longevity.
• Maintain detailed documentation of electrical work, inspections, test results, and maintenance activities for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering skills development and promoting best practices in electrical work and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to align electrical work with overall project objectives and timelines.
