Aeyliya Builders is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with significant experience in construction cost management to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a DAE, Civil Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification and possesses between five to eight years of practical experience in this domain. This role demands proficiency in developing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity takeoff processes, interim payment certificates (IPCs), rate analysis, billing, and cost control techniques. You will handle measurement and commercial control on the project: take-off, interim payment certificates, rate analysis, billing and cost reporting.

This role requires a hands-on approach to cost control and budget management while collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders. You will play a central role in minimizing financial risks and delivering timely cost information that supports informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
