Aeyliya Builders is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer / Site Supervisor specialized in civil construction to oversee and manage construction site activities effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in executing, supervising, and ensuring quality control over construction works. This role demands a deep understanding of civil engineering standards, building codes, and site safety management. The candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards and within project timelines. The Site Engineer / Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10 persons, coordinating their efforts to optimize resource allocation and maintain smooth site operations. This position requires excellent skills in project scheduling, capacity planning, and quality assurance, along with the ability to interpret blueprints and civil engineering standards accurately. A strong focus on safety compliance and regular inspection and reporting will be integral to maintaining the quality and safety of construction activities on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Lead a team of 10 personnel, including laborers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, delegation, and coordination of daily tasks.
• Implement construction project management principles to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress effectively.
• Conduct thorough quality control and assurance inspections to verify all work meets civil engineering standards and building codes.
• Oversee site safety management by enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to guide project execution accurately.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize workforce performance and material usage.
• Coordinate surveying and measurement activities to guarantee structural accuracy and alignment during construction.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, daily logs, and progress documentation to maintain clear records for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Ensure adherence to civil engineering standards and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of construction.
• Monitor and review subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and timely completion of their assigned work.
• Maintain open communication channels among team members, client representatives, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or safety incidents on site.
• Support training and development activities for team members to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices.
