Description
Aeyliya Builders (Private) Limited requires an experienced Site Surveyor for a major project in Balochistan, comprising infrastructure development, drainage, road works, electrical works, building works, boundary walls, check posts and gates.
You will set out and control the works across a large site, maintain survey records, and check executed work against drawing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed land surveys using GPS surveying equipment, Total Station, Auto Level, and other advanced tools to collect accurate spatial data.
- Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys in accordance with engineering and construction project specifications.
- Carry out site inspections to assess terrain, existing structures, and environmental conditions impacting survey work.
- Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks to ensure consistent and reliable measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive survey reports, maps, and documentation to support project planning, design, and development activities.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction managers to provide precise survey data and resolve any site-related issues.
- Ensure that all surveying activities comply with safety guidelines, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize field data to assist in the layout of construction features, ensuring the alignment and elevation conform to project designs.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal functioning and accuracy in all field measurements.
- Keep detailed records of all survey results, field notes, and project-related documentation for future reference and quality control.
