Lead Trainer

Description

The Lead Trainer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of training modules, including assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness to continuously improve the program's impact. This role involves designing instructional content aligned with the needs of school personnel, leveraging advanced training methodologies. The trainer will work individually without managing a team but will collaborate with school stakeholders to ensure adherence to educational standards and objectives. Continuous monitoring and follow-up will ensure that learning objectives are met and training goals are effectively realized. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for school principals, teachers, and students using effective training delivery techniques.
• Conduct training assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
• Develop and execute training plans tailored to the specific needs of English, Science, and Mathematics education.
• Use strong communication and presentation skills to engage participants and enhance understanding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational trends to incorporate best practices.
• Coordinate with schools to schedule training sessions and ensure participation and compliance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to training participants to support their professional growth.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation to support training activities and participant learning.
• Stay committed to continuous improvement of training programs to better serve educational institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards and organizational policies during training delivery.
• Create a positive and motivating training environment to encourage active participation.
