Responsibilities
Design and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and address various learning styles to ensure comprehensive English language education.
Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly through assignments, tests, and class participation, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Employ diverse teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance classroom engagement and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance, and prepare reports as required by the institution.
Facilitate a positive classroom environment that encourages student interaction, respect, and motivation.
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and improve teaching methods.
Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to contribute to curriculum development and institutional goals.
Support students outside the classroom through advising, tutoring, and mentoring to promote academic and personal growth.
