Responsibilities
- Advise clients on investment opportunities and strategies within the real estate market to help them achieve financial objectives.
- Manage and oversee the development and optimization of personalized investment portfolios tailored to individual client needs.
- Lead and coordinate a team of five investment professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and potential areas of growth for client investments.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations to inform clients about portfolio performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions and maximize investment returns.
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that impact investment decisions.
- Implement risk management practices and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the agency's market presence.
