You will be responsible for accurately handling cash transactions, taking and processing customer orders, and assisting with the preparation of food and beverages in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. This position requires a motivated individual with at least one year of experience in the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience. As a part of a team of 5 persons, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Your role includes overseeing basic team coordination tasks to help maintain efficiency during busy periods. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on food safety are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take customer orders promptly, process them correctly, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team members.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas according to safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines to protect customers and promote a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and manage daily operational tasks effectively.
• Support inventory management by alerting supervisors about low stock and assisting with basic stock control procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence and a positive customer experience.
• Assist with basic team coordination and support efforts to motivate and guide team members when necessary.
