Agha Juice is seeking a dedicated and attentive Waiter to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role and possesses strong knowledge of food and beverage. This role focuses on accurately taking and delivering orders, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and demonstrating a polite, customer-focused attitude. The Waiter works efficiently during busy hours and follows company policies and management instructions to support smooth restaurant operations. The Waiter at Agha Juice plays a crucial part in representing the brand by interacting politely and professionally with customers. The position requires maintaining order accuracy, promptly addressing customer needs, and ensuring a clean and organized service area. Although this position does not involve team management responsibilities, the role demands honesty, punctuality, responsibility, and discipline to contribute positively to the overall team environment and uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu options, providing recommendations when requested.
• Take customer orders accurately and promptly using the established ordering system.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet quality and presentation standards before serving.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy periods without compromising service quality.
• Assist in setting up and closing the dining area according to company procedures.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, rules, and instructions from management.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during the shift to the appropriate personnel.
• Support team members by cooperating and communicating effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
