Ai Addviasior is seeking a dedicated Computer IT professional specializing in Technical Support to join our team. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team, providing exceptional support to maintain smooth technology operations. In this role, the Computer IT professional handles various technical challenges while supporting end-users and maintaining IT infrastructure. Attention to detail, patience, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. The position does not involve managing a team but requires effective collaboration to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and continuous improvement of IT processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring system security and software updates.
- Document technical issues and solutions accurately for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple technical support requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to share information and improve technical support services.
