This role involves managing a team of 20 persons, overseeing projects from conception through execution, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations. The successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership abilities, excellent project management skills, and expertise in creative design solutions to drive the company’s branding and marketing initiatives forward. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop visually compelling content across various media platforms. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team to maintain creative standards and meet deadlines. Your role requires staying current with the latest design trends and tools, while effectively managing multiple projects to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 graphic design professionals to deliver creative projects on time and within scope.
