AI Editing is seeking an experienced Editing Master to lead our dynamic team of 20 professionals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in video editing, audio editing, and visual effects, with at least five years of industry experience. This role demands expertise in crafting compelling visual narratives and delivering high-quality multimedia content that meets the company's creative standards. As a team leader, the Editing Master will drive projects from concept through completion while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The Editing Master will oversee all phases of the editing process, ensuring seamless integration of video and audio elements to produce polished final products. They will collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to maintain consistency and elevate the overall quality of our multimedia offerings. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 editors, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Oversee the entire video and audio editing process including cutting, sequencing, color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects integration.
• Collaborate with creative directors and producers to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with the company’s vision.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Implement and optimize editing workflows to enhance productivity and streamline project delivery.
• Train and develop team members on the latest editing tools and techniques to stay current with industry trends.
• Review and approve final edits before distribution, ensuring all deliverables meet client and company expectations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and audio editing software and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain an organized archive of all multimedia assets and project files for easy retrieval and reuse in future projects.
• Stay updated with advances in editing technology and recommend improvements to equipment and software used by the team.
