Description
The successful candidate must demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn emerging AI tools and techniques. Prior experience with social media content creation and familiarity with platforms such as CapCut and AI video generators will be an advantage. You will be responsible for designing thumbnails using Midjourney for concept generation and Canva video editing to support fast-paced production schedules. Your expertise in thumbnail A/B testing will help identify the most effective designs, contributing to optimized viewer engagement and channel growth. This position demands a passion for video storytelling and a dedication to enhancing the visual impact of high-quality video content using innovative AI-assisted tools.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form videos using AI-assisted video production tools to enhance storytelling impact.
- Create attractive, engaging, and click-worthy YouTube thumbnails employing design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and generative AI image tools.
- Utilize Midjourney and similar AI platforms for innovative thumbnail concept generation.
- Implement YouTube thumbnail A/B testing methodologies to determine optimal visual strategies that increase viewer engagement.
- Optimize video content and thumbnails to maximize visibility and performance on YouTube’s platform.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure visual elements align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Stay current with emerging AI video creation and thumbnail design technologies to continually improve quality and efficiency.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance video content and thumbnail presentation through innovative AI-assisted techniques.
- Support social media content creation efforts by generating visually compelling video and thumbnail assets.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs and consistency across all video and thumbnail projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to production schedules and deadlines.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine video and thumbnail strategies based on performance data and audience feedback.
