Ailaaj is seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer & AI Content Automation Specialist to join our innovative team. This role combines traditional creative design expertise with advanced AI content automation capabilities to produce high-quality, cinematic, social-media-ready videos and digital assets. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in AI-powered video and image generation tools, as well as hands-on experience with industry-standard graphic design software and video editing platforms. This position focuses on designing engaging social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements while leveraging AI tools to enhance and automate content production workflows. The Creative Designer & AI Content Automation Specialist collaborates closely with marketing, product, sales, and communications teams to optimize content production timelines and maintain brand consistency. In this role, you will build and implement automated AI workflows connecting platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Google Drive, Airtable, and CRM systems. This role demands a creative mindset enriched with technical AI knowledge and a passion for exploring emerging AI tools to continuously improve the creative production process and deliver compelling video and visual assets without managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, and branding materials that align with company brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain visual assets for web, mobile applications, and diverse marketing initiatives to support business goals.
- Utilize AI-powered content creation tools to generate and enhance graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and marketing assets, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Develop and optimize AI-assisted creative workflows, integrating AI content generation tools to boost productivity and streamline content creation.
- Produce, edit, and finalize videos for social media channels, YouTube, advertisements, and corporate communications utilizing advanced video editing software and AI video models.
- Create motion graphics, animation assets, audio enhancements, subtitles, and AI voiceovers to enrich visual storytelling.
- Build and manage automated content creation workflows using automation platforms like n8n, integrating AI tools with marketing and content management systems.
- Develop and implement workflow integrations connecting AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude) with data storage (Google Drive, Airtable), task management (ClickUp), social media channels, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications to manage and organize content libraries and digital asset repositories.
- Continuously monitor and explore emerging AI creative tools and automation technologies to recommend process improvements and conduct experiments that enhance creative output efficiency.
- Ensure all AI-generated visual content meets established quality standards for realism, stability, and alignment with corporate brand aesthetics.
- Engage in prompt engineering to accurately control and refine AI video and image model outputs to meet project needs.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends in creative design, AI content generation, and video production techniques.
