Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laser printers, identifying hardware and software issues promptly and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to prolong printer life and prevent breakdowns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding printer usage and troubleshooting.
- Document service reports and repair history accurately for each printer serviced.
- Communicate effectively with customers to clarify issues, explain repairs, and provide cost estimates.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest printer technologies and repair techniques to improve service quality.
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools and spare parts for printer repair jobs.
