Al Faizan Garments is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with at least two years of experience to manage financial records and ensure accurate accounting processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in Excel and possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role focuses on maintaining financial data integrity and supporting the financial operations of the company without managing a team. The Accountant will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize accounting workflows. The Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Utilizing Excel skills, this person will analyze financial information, track expenses, and ensure data accuracy. The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records accurately using Excel and accounting software.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Generate financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain balanced ledgers.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing detailed financial insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify financial information.
• Continuously improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
