Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport and shuttle operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and support drivers in their daily activities without formal team management responsibilities.
- Plan and optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve driver and service-related issues promptly to maintain service quality.
- Investigate complaints and develop actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage exceptions such as service disruptions, updates, and expedited requests, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, metrics tracking, and operational data analysis.
- Collaborate with operations teams and management to implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies related to fleet management.
- Train drivers on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor shuttle scheduling and make adjustments based on demand fluctuations and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with drivers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
