Description
Al Hafiz Building Materials Store is seeking skilled Web Developers to join and lead a team of 10 professionals in delivering high-quality web applications. The Web Developers will design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies to create seamless user experiences. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and leverage frameworks and platforms like Node.js to develop robust web solutions. Fluency in English and familiarity with basic office tools are essential to effectively coordinate with the team and communicate project progress. The role requires at least 1 to 2 years of experience and a strong educational background, with a minimum of 14 to 16 years of formal education. Web Developers will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s online presence, ensuring the technical and functional excellence of the website, and mentoring junior team members to foster growth and innovation within the development unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 web development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end features and user interfaces using HTML5, CSS Grid, and JavaScript to ensure responsive and accessible web pages.
- Implement server-side logic and integration of front-end components with Node.js or other backend technologies for seamless application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the website and web applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and security according to industry best practices.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to report on project status and deliverables.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot web applications to enhance functionality and fix defects promptly.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
- Document development processes, code changes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support and train junior developers to build their technical skills and ensure the highest level of performance within the team.
