Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 individuals to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Coordinate warehouse and packing operations to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide coaching and support to team members to improve performance.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in the organization of auto parts to streamline distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and warehouse transactions and report progress to management.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for business growth by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
- Maintain punctuality and discipline across the team to uphold the company’s professional standards.
