Al-Rehman Developers is seeking dedicated Security Staff including Subedar, Hawaldar, and Army Soldiers to ensure the safety and security of their facilities and personnel. Candidates should have experience relevant to military and security operations, preferably retired personnel from the Pakistan Army. The role requires maintaining high standards of discipline, physical fitness, and professionalism while performing security duties. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively within a security unit to protect company assets. The ideal candidates demonstrate proficiency in weapons handling and physical fitness, coupled with excellent conduct in their professional behavior. They must be prepared to carry out routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to security incidents, and uphold company safety protocols. The role is critical for the prevention of unauthorized activities and ensuring a secure environment for all employees and visitors. Candidates are expected to maintain vigilance and readiness to act with decisiveness and composure, reflecting the values and discipline inherent in military service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor and secure the area against threats or suspicious activities.
• Handle weapons safely and effectively according to established military and security protocols.
• Maintain physical fitness to meet the rigorous demands of the security role.
• Monitor access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter company premises.
• Observe and report any irregularities or security breaches promptly to higher authorities.
• Assist in emergency response procedures and coordinate with law enforcement or medical personnel if needed.
• Enforce company policies and regulations related to safety and security within the premises.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold the discipline expected of individuals with military training.
• Participate in training sessions or drills to enhance security skills and stay updated on safety procedures.
• Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors in security-related matters as required.
