AutoCAD Operator

Alframed is looking to hire a highly skilled AutoCAD Operator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong technical proficiency with AutoCAD software to produce precise 2D and 3D drawings. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately interpret design specifications and technical requirements to support our projects' success. You will work closely with other team members, though you will not be managing a team, to ensure that drawings are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards. The AutoCAD Operator will be responsible for creating and revising technical drawings, maintaining documentation, and adhering to CAD standards and layer management protocols. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and technical layouts using AutoCAD to meet project specifications.
• Create, revise, and update technical drawings and documentation as per design requirements and project changes.
• Interpret dimensions, technical details, and complex design instructions to generate precise drafting outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and project teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and related documentation in accordance with CAD standards and company protocols.
• Apply CAD standards and manage layers methodically to maintain clarity and organization throughout drafting projects.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project guidelines before submission.
• Support project teams by delivering necessary technical drawings and layouts to facilitate construction or manufacturing processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AutoCAD software features and improvements, incorporating best practices into daily work.
• Manage multiple drafting tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving project requirements.
