Description
Alico Alliance is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses strong account management skills and has a solid understanding of computers and Microsoft Office applications. This role focuses on promoting and selling the company’s products or services by building and maintaining positive client relationships and effectively managing sales processes. The Sales Representative contributes to the growth of the company by identifying potential customers, handling inquiries, and facilitating the sales cycle from initial contact through to order completion. This position requires proficiency in digital sales processes, including the ability to upload sales tax invoices accurately using digital tools. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to ensure compliance with company procedures. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining updated records, supporting administrative sales tasks, and working closely with internal teams to address customer needs. As this role does not include managing a team, the focus is on individual performance and direct client interaction to meet sales targets and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Manage client accounts effectively by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to organize sales data, prepare reports, and communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Upload sales tax invoices digitally in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and proactive outreach to potential customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
