Description
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a qualified and motivated HR Officer to join its human resources team. The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR record maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field and has 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. This position ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and smooth administration of employee-related processes to support the organization’s workforce. The HR Officer works closely with various departments within Alkhidmat Foundation to facilitate recruitment and onboarding, manage employee attendance and payroll coordination, maintain accurate HR records, and support performance management activities. This role demands strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an Applicant Tracking System. Although the HR Officer does not manage a team, they contribute significantly to employee engagement initiatives and help enforce company policies, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in partnership with the finance department.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures at all times.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment activities and maintain candidate databases.
- Provide reliable HR support and advice to employees and management on a variety of HR matters.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues and support a harmonious workplace.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR metrics to track and improve HR department effectiveness.
