The Store/Transport Officer at Alkhidmat Foundation is a vital role responsible for efficiently managing store operations, inventory control, and all transportation activities to support the organization’s logistics and supply chain functions. This position involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating vehicle movements, and ensuring the proper handling and storage of materials. The officer plays a key part in securing timely transportation services while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires a diligent and organized professional with a minimum of one year of experience in store management, logistics, or transportation operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in inventory management, logistics coordination, and transport scheduling while utilizing MS Office tools to prepare reports and maintain records. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to ensure smooth and reliable supply chain and transportation support within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure availability and accountability.
• Receive, issue, and properly store materials following company policies to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate all vehicle movements and transportation schedules to optimize fleet utilization and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain comprehensive fuel consumption records for company vehicles.
• Ensure all company vehicles undergo timely maintenance and document all related activities.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports related to store and transportation operations for review and decision-making.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enforce adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations across store and transport functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient supply chain operations and resolve logistical issues.
• Implement processes that improve inventory control and transportation efficiency within the foundation.
