AlMueen School is seeking a skilled Web Developer with at least one year of professional experience to join our team. This role involves designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the school's specifications and user needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Familiarity with React and principles of responsive web design are essential. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires collaboration with other departments to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines. The Web Developer will be responsible for building efficient, scalable, and maintainable web applications that enhance the user experience for students, staff, and visitors of AlMueen School's digital platforms. They will work closely with design teams to bring creative concepts to life, test and troubleshoot web applications, and implement updates and improvements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role, along with the ability to adapt to evolving web technologies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Implement and optimize front-end components with React to create seamless user interfaces.
- Ensure websites are responsive and function well across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Debug and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement.
- Conduct regular website performance tests and optimize loading time and responsiveness.
- Assist in the integration of third-party services and APIs when required.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
