Alpha Dispatch is seeking a dedicated Truckdispatching professional with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage and coordinate transportation logistics. This role requires overseeing a team of 15 persons, ensuring smooth operations, timely dispatching, and effective problem resolution to support the company’s delivery and transportation objectives. The Truckdispatching role involves orchestrating all dispatch activities by maintaining clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling routes, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise during transport. Effective team management skills are essential to lead the team of 15 persons towards achieving operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to relay shipment information and updates.
• Schedule routes and assign tasks to drivers based on shipment priorities and availability.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
• Lead and supervise a team of 15 persons, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery status, and client communication.
• Collaborate with customer service to handle client inquiries and resolve complaints related to dispatching.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Train new team members on dispatch protocols and communication standards.
