Join Amanah Group of Companies as a Project Manager in Civil Engineering, where you will lead and oversee all aspects of high-rise building construction projects. This role requires managing a team of 20 persons, including site staff, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, maintain strict control over construction activities, and supervise batching plant operations to secure the timely and quality delivery of concrete. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding the team through complex finishing works and ensuring successful project handover. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a preference for a Master’s degree, and brings 15 years of extensive experience in construction project management. You will apply your expertise in project scheduling, budget management, contract administration, quality control, and cost estimation to deliver high-quality construction outcomes. Proficiency in construction management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools will support your effective planning and execution of projects. Your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will be essential in resolving technical issues and maintaining compliance with all project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor all construction activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Lead and manage a site team of 20 persons, including coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage the preparation and control of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Oversee batching plant operations to guarantee timely production, quality testing, and delivery of concrete materials.
• Review and verify technical documents, drawings, bill of quantities (BOQs), and project specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise finishing works comprising plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, doors, fixtures, and related architectural work.
• Perform quality inspections and snagging to detect defects, implement corrective actions, and ensure successful handover.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate project status and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical challenges promptly by implementing corrective measures and adapting project plans as needed.
• Coordinate procurement, contract administration, and compliance with safety policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and maintain high standards of safety and quality control on site.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal departments, and external parties to align project goals and expectations.
