Architect Designer

Description

Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architect Designer to join our dedicated team for an eco-friendly multi-kanal farmhouse development. This role is designed for a hands-on architecture graduate with up to two years of experience, who is ready to apply their skills directly on-site by overseeing architectural execution, construction supervision, and day-to-day coordination. The Architect Designer must proficiently translate detailed architectural, structural, and landscape drawings into practical site actions, ensuring precision and quality throughout the construction process. In this position, the Architect Designer will also engage in creating detailed working drawings and 3D visualizations, aiding material selection, and maintaining strict adherence to design standards. Additionally, this role involves active participation in on-site client hosting and event operations, effectively communicating the design principles and features to prospective buyers and visitors. The Architect Designer is expected to be based full-time on location, handling outdoor site activities in all weather conditions without managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Translate architectural, structural, and landscape working drawings into accurate on-site execution plans that meet design and quality standards.
• Supervise specialized construction activities including natural stone masonry, structural metalwork, suspended canopies, timber structures, decorative screening elements, and natural drainage systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with masons, fabrication contractors, and site labor to monitor material quality, finishing details, and alignment with the architectural vision.
• Develop detailed 2D working drawings and construction details using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, including iterative 3D models to support the construction of supplementary site structures like pavilions, pergolas, seating areas, and entrance gates.
• Assist in sourcing and selecting natural building materials such as stone cladding and timber finishes, maintaining consistency with the overall design language of the eco-farmhouse development.
• Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings to identify and resolve spatial clashes or inconsistencies prior to on-site execution, thereby minimizing construction delays or errors.
• Support the logistics and physical setup of monthly on-site promotional and community events, ensuring smooth spatial organization and visitor navigation.
• Act as an on-site design ambassador by guiding prospective buyers through the project site, highlighting architectural details and ecological design principles to enhance client engagement and project understanding.
• Maintain readiness to work full-time on the site under variable weather and environmental conditions, demonstrating flexibility and endurance for outdoor construction supervision.
• Ensure all architectural execution adheres to safety protocols and quality assurance standards throughout the development phase.
