Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited is seeking a disciplined and vigilant Security Guard with prior experience in the armed forces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the Safiya Homes Society premises by controlling access points, monitoring activities, and responding to emergencies. This role requires a retired personnel from Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force, or other recognized armed forces, preferably having served as Havildar, Naik, Subedar, or an equivalent rank. The selected individual will exhibit exceptional discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior while ensuring compliance with security protocols and company policies. This position involves conducting regular security patrols, verifying the identity of residents and visitors, and maintaining detailed records of entries and exits. The Security Guard will be required to respond decisively to potential threats, coordinate with management and relevant authorities during incidents, and uphold the protection of company assets and infrastructure. The role demands physical fitness, excellent observational skills, and the ability to work in shifts, including day and night duties. Responsibilities

• Maintain security and surveillance across society premises, including entry and exit points as well as designated areas.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of residents, visitors, employees, contractors, and vehicles to ensure authorized access.
• Verify the identities of visitors and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry and exit registers in accordance with security protocols.
• Conduct regular security patrols to detect and prevent unauthorized activities, ensuring the safety of all premises.
• Remain alert and promptly report any suspicious behavior, unauthorized persons, or security threats to management.
• Implement security protocols and instructions issued by management with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct throughout the shift.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies such as fire incidents, theft, trespassing, or other security-related situations.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities during security incidents or emergencies to facilitate quick resolution.
• Ensure proper handover of responsibilities, including registers, equipment, and relevant security information to the next shift.
• Protect company property, infrastructure, and other valuable assets against damage, theft, or unauthorized access.
• Perform additional security-related duties as assigned by management to support overall safety and security objectives.
