Description

As a member of the Anz Catering team, you will assist in setting up catering venues, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. You will handle food service equipment, restock supplies, and adhere to health and safety regulations. This role does not require managing a team but demands a proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support the successful execution of events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up catering venues according to event requirements.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and service areas.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed during events.
• Operate catering equipment and utensils safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with packing and cleaning after events to restore venues to their original condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Adapt to changing event schedules and work collaboratively with other staff members.
