Aqsa Education Complex is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable COMPUTER , MATHS , PHYSICS AND ENGLISH Subject Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong subject matter expertise and excels in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and classroom management. This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where students are inspired to achieve their fullest potential. The Subject Teacher is responsible for delivering well-structured lessons that meet curriculum standards and address diverse student needs while maintaining student safety and well-being. The teacher effectively assesses student progress through various assessment methods and adapts instructional strategies to promote active student engagement. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced educational setting, the Subject Teacher thrives on challenges and contributes positively to the school community. Though this position does not involve managing a team, the role requires strong collaboration with colleagues and a commitment to continuous professional development to support student success. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that supports student learning and safety.
• Engage students through diverse instructional techniques and interactive activities to maximize participation.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to foster a supportive educational atmosphere.

• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational best practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes.
• Manage classroom resources efficiently to support instructional activities.
