We are seeking a dedicated and experienced driver to join Arabi. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in defensive driving, complemented by a valid Saudi driving license and a strong commitment to safety and reliability. With 8 years of driving experience, the candidate demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and honesty in all tasks. This role requires adherence to road safety regulations and an excellent driving record to ensure the secure transport of passengers or goods. The driver will be responsible for operating vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining timely schedules. The candidate should be prepared to work diligently and showcase hardworking traits aligned with the company’s values. While this position does not involve team management, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with other staff to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform defensive driving to minimize risks and ensure safety for passengers, cargo, and the public.
- Maintain and inspect vehicles regularly to ensure optimal functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Handle loading and unloading of goods carefully when required.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other personnel to coordinate transportation needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism by wearing appropriate attire and maintaining a courteous attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies, including punctuality, attendance, and workplace safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations during transport in a calm and efficient manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Respect confidentiality and company property throughout all duties.
