Description
You have won clients and made placements for someone else's agency. We are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter in Pakistan to build and lead a new recruitment desk for international clients, backed by Arkscale Ventures. You win the clients, make the placements and grow the team; we provide the company, brand, systems and funding.
WHAT YOU GET
• $1,000 a month from day 1, so you have a stable income while you build.
• 15% of the profit of the desk you build during the trial period, rising to 30% after it.
• Company set up, brand, website, email, CRM, client terms and back office provided.
• Sourcing tools, job boards and your first hires funded.
WHAT YOU DO
• Win new client companies and agree recruitment terms with them.
• Deliver placements end to end: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Build and lead a small team as the desk grows.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• You have personally won clients and made placements, with fees you can put numbers on.
• A niche you know well, and a clear view of the first clients you would go after.
• Full time, remote from Pakistan, working with international clients.
