Description

You have won clients and placed full time remote staff (VAs, assistants, bookkeepers, support or admin teams) with international clients for someone else's staffing company. We are looking for someone in Pakistan to build and lead a new virtual staffing agency, backed by Arkscale Ventures. You win the clients, place and manage the staff and grow the team; we provide the company, brand, systems and funding.

WHAT YOU GET

• $1,000 a month from day 1, so you have a stable income while you build.

• 15% of the profit of the business you build during the trial period, rising to 30% after it.

• Company set up, brand, website, email, CRM, client terms and back office provided.

• The tools, the outreach and your first hires funded.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have personally won client accounts and placed and managed remote staff for them, with numbers: clients, staff placed, monthly billing, retention.

• You know the model from the inside: what clients pay, what staff are paid, and how to keep both happy.

• Full time, remote from Pakistan, working with international clients.
