Arrow Rank Digitals is seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Calling Outreach Specialist with at least one year of relevant experience. This fully remote role requires the specialist to conduct cold calls to potential clients primarily in Pakistan, with the opportunity to expand into international outreach campaigns targeting clients in the USA and Canada based on demonstrated performance. The specialist must have strong knowledge of web development and digital marketing to effectively communicate the company’s services and convert prospects into clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are crucial to professionally represent the digital agency and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently within set hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time, including a one-hour break. Candidates must be willing to complete a 15-day trial period to showcase their capabilities and fit with the company’s goals. Understanding the digital services landscape, business websites, and online marketing solutions is vital to engage potential clients accurately and provide them with compelling reasons to partner with Arrow Rank Digitals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients within Pakistan to introduce the company’s digital services and generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on client needs and interests to ensure alignment with the company’s offerings.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process effectively.
• Communicate complex concepts related to web development and digital marketing in clear and persuasive language.
• Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert cold leads into potential clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
• Adapt outreach methods based on client feedback and campaign performance data.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment while managing time efficiently during scheduled working hours.
• Collaborate with management to improve outreach strategies based on results and client responses.
• Prepare to extend outreach to international markets such as the USA and Canada after successful performance validation.
• Complete a 15-day trial period demonstrating skills, adaptability, and results orientation.
• Represent Arrow Rank Digitals professionally and ethically as the first point of contact with potential clients.
