Description
Artectic is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Panting specialist. This role requires a dedicated individual with at least five years of experience in painting, including spray painting techniques. The successful candidate will oversee all painting operations within the company, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications. The position involves managing a team of 10 persons, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety standards throughout all painting processes. The Panting expert will be responsible for supervising the application of various paints and coatings on different surfaces, evaluating materials, and ensuring that the final product meets the desired aesthetic and protective requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and finishing techniques, alongside leadership skills to guide a team towards achieving operational targets efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 10 painting professionals to ensure timely and quality completion of painting projects.
- Apply various painting techniques, including spray painting, to achieve uniform and durable finishes.
- Assess surfaces and prepare them properly before painting to ensure optimal adhesion and appearance.
- Select appropriate paints, coatings, and materials based on project requirements and environmental factors.
- Maintain workplace safety by enforcing compliance with safety guidelines and regulations related to painting activities.
- Monitor the progress of painting tasks and adjust plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Train team members on new painting methods, equipment use, and safety practices to enhance team performance.
- Inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality and address any necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, work schedules, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate painting activities with overall project timelines.
