Description
Arz Tech is seeking a skilled SharePoint Online Developer based in Pakistan with 2 to 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SharePoint Online environments and is proficient in developing custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFX). This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint-based applications using modern web technologies including TypeScript and React. The developer will also be responsible for automating business processes through Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency. The SharePoint Online Developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs. The candidate is expected to apply best practices in SharePoint development, ensuring robust security, performance, and compliance with organizational policies. Staying current with Microsoft 365 updates and evolving SharePoint technologies is essential to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities and user experience. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites and web parts using SharePoint Framework (SPFX), TypeScript, and React to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement automated workflows leveraging Power Automate to optimize and digitize business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Office 365 developments, continuously incorporating new features and improvements.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
- Document solution designs, workflows, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for SharePoint developments to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy SharePoint solutions and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
