As an IGCSE and A Levels Teacher at As-Suffa, you will deliver expert instruction in English, Mathematics, and Science to students preparing for international examinations. This role involves conducting engaging and interactive online classes tailored to IGCSE and A-Level curricula, helping students build strong foundational knowledge and examination skills. The position supports both part-time and full-time employment with flexible remote work options, enabling qualified educators to facilitate effective learning experiences from any location. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject, with at least two years of experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level students. Familiarity with the Cambridge or Edexcel curricula enhances the ability to design relevant lesson plans and assessments. Strong communication skills and classroom management capabilities are essential to maintain a productive virtual learning environment and to provide constructive feedback that promotes student growth. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student success through dedicated online teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver comprehensive online lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science aligned with IGCSE and A-Level standards.
• Develop clear and effective lesson plans and supplementary teaching materials to support diverse learning styles.
• Prepare students thoroughly for IGCSE and A-Level examinations by reinforcing key concepts and examination strategies.
• Evaluate student progress regularly through assessments and provide detailed, constructive feedback to foster improvement.
• Maintain strong engagement during virtual classes by using interactive teaching methods and managing classroom dynamics effectively.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs and learning pace of each student.
• Ensure reliable online teaching sessions by maintaining stable internet connectivity and using appropriate digital tools.
• Stay updated with changes and updates in international curricula such as Cambridge and Edexcel to align teaching practices accordingly.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students to support their academic and personal growth.
