The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of accounting software and capable of handling customer interactions professionally. This role demands accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze financial data to assist in decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions using accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries to support management decision-making.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve related financial issues with professionalism.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts by gathering relevant financial data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal financial regulations.
• Support internal and external auditors during financial audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage financial data and improve accounting processes.
