Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and purchasing activities to ensure timely sourcing of materials and supplies.
• Support accurate inventory tracking and reconcile stock levels to maintain up-to-date warehouse records.
• Maintain and update supply chain records and reports to provide reliable data for operational use.
• Assist in preparing and managing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any logistics issues.
• Help monitor shipments and delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Analyze basic supply chain and inventory data using statistical forecasting techniques to assist in demand planning.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making and performance analysis.
• Perform additional supply chain and administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall supply chain function.
