Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and resourceful Supply Chain Resource to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of procurement processes. This role involves regular interactions with suppliers, market analysis, and maintaining precise records to ensure the availability and timely delivery of required materials. The candidate will work closely with vendors to achieve the best prices and quality balance, supporting operational efficiency and cost control. The Supply Chain Resource plays a crucial role in coordinating procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing market data to assist in decision-making. The position requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to compare quality versus price effectively. While this role does not include managing a team, it demands proactive engagement with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet company objectives and support smooth supply chain functions at Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to the market to monitor prices and availability of necessary items.
• Gather and update rate information from multiple vendors, maintaining detailed comparison records for effective decision making.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable purchases and deals.
• Ensure timely procurement and arrangement of required materials to support operational needs.
• Assist management in basic procurement activities in compliance with company protocols.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Keep accurate records of procurement data, vendor communications, and price comparisons.
• Analyze market conditions and vendor offers to recommend procurement strategies balancing quality and cost.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with suppliers and team members to resolve procurement issues.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and support supply chain schedules.
