Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies that align with Askari Family Takaful's business goals to enhance market share and revenue.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead negotiations with clients and partners to close beneficial deals and maximize profitability.
• Oversee a small team of one person, providing guidance, setting performance objectives, and ensuring effective collaboration to achieve targets.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and streamline the business development process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of client commitments.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development progress and market insights for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the family takaful market to adapt strategies accordingly.
