You will also manage a small team, fostering collaboration to achieve ambitious outreach and growth goals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This position suits candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields, including fresh graduates enthusiastic about crypto and blockchain. You should possess a solid understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 projects, tokenomics, or crypto communities. Your creativity, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in dynamic conditions will be critical as you lead the entire market presence establishment and community engagement efforts for the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies independently to establish and grow the blockchain project's presence.
• Identify, pitch, and successfully onboard strategic partners, investors, and clients to build a robust business network.
• Plan and implement outreach campaigns to engage and expand the community around the blockchain ecosystem.
• Oversee and manage community engagement channels to maintain high levels of interaction and awareness.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure ongoing business growth and partnership opportunities.
• Manage a small team of one person, providing guidance and support to achieve team and project objectives effectively.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the blockchain and crypto sectors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and technology developments.
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities and market expansion.
• Take ownership of all aspects of market presence setup and growth strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
