ATA Electronics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team focused on professional lighting within the architectural and international project sectors. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or engineers with limited experience eager to develop their expertise in lighting design, electrical engineering concepts, and project coordination. As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to multiple phases of lighting projects, including assisting with technical proposals, reviewing project documentation, and supporting product selection. You will work closely with international standards, collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes. While you will not manage a team, this position offers practical exposure to a variety of architectural, hospitality, infrastructure, and commercial lighting projects. ATA Electronics offers comprehensive training to support your growth in lighting design, technical report preparation, and project coordination. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and learning skills, as well as the ability to work professionally on international projects that demand attention to detail and adherence to technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in lighting design and develop technical proposals aligned with project requirements.
- Review and analyze electrical drawings, bills of quantities, technical specifications, and lighting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Help prepare technical submittals and statements of compliance for project documentation.
- Support the selection and comparison of luminaires and lighting products based on project needs and standards.
- Coordinate efficiently with manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to gather necessary information and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct lighting calculations and provide technical assistance related to lighting systems and controls.
- Prepare professional presentations, datasheets, and detailed technical reports to communicate project progress and technical information.
- Learn and apply international lighting standards and project-specific requirements to ensure technical conformity.
- Engage in continuous learning about architectural lighting technology, LED systems, and lighting control applications to enhance technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution.
