Description
At Atosac, we are seeking a dedicated Empleado de Envios to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in shipping operations and is proficient in managing order picking, packing, and shipment tracking. This position requires a high level of accuracy in inventory control and stock reconciliation to ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to enhance communication within our multinational team and with external partners. This role does not involve team management but plays a critical part in supporting the shipping department by maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with shipment protocols. The Empleado de Envios will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth operation flows and timely deliveries, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to company procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation to comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock movement and performing regular stock reconciliation.
- Monitor shipment tracking systems to update delivery statuses and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to address discrepancies or issues in shipments promptly.
- Ensure all packaging conforms to quality and safety standards to minimize damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external partners primarily in Spanish to facilitate smooth operational processes.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping procedures and reduce errors.
- Adhere to company safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report daily activities and any operational challenges to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
